1. Services
Bear River Lawn Aeration provides professional lawn aeration services to customers in Placer and Nevada Counties. Our goal is to enhance the health and appearance of your lawn through effective aeration methods. Services are available by appointment and subject to availability.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
All appointments for lawn aeration services must be scheduled in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. However, availability is subject to scheduling constraints, weather conditions, and location. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, venmo, cashapp and zelle. In the case of late or non-payment, Bear River Lawn Aeration reserves the right to charge interest or pursue collection actions.
4. Service Satisfaction and Liability
We strive to provide the highest quality lawn aeration services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address any concerns. While we take every precaution to protect your property, Bear River Lawn Aeration is not responsible for damage to underground sprinkler systems, invisible dog fences, or other hidden obstructions unless notified prior to service.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule your service at no additional charge.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bear River Lawn Aeration is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. In no event shall our total liability to you for any damages exceed the amount paid by you for the service provided.
